Down For The Count -Enjoy, Ali :)

The McKinnon's were hit BIG TIME by the Pink Eye Virus this past week! What a NASTY thing! When such a thing hits 6 members of the same household... the world comes to a screeeeeeching HALT! We have had to cancel SEVERAL things this week... or have whichever one of us is not ill venture out to different events. The result is SIX MCKINNONS who NEED to get out into the world again! OY VEY! Anyhow a few things have gotten done this week... ONE is a beautiful fall puzzle that MANY visitors have put their hands to... NASTY RED TREES!!! We started this puppy way back before Halloween! OY! Anyhow, it is FINISHED! AMEN!!!! :) The SECOND thing we did when we felt up to it is get more work done on a basment wall... slowly and surely we will have another level to congregate on... and for MANY of you to sleep over in!! :) THIRDLY, we broke the "sick rules" last night and went to the Santa Claus Parade in Orleans. We figured getting out might allow us to feel somewhat human again... and in a safer setting so as to not share the virus. I had a giggle when I saw the picture... a few of them are NOT too happy with me for making them turn from the parade... one gave me a fake smile and the final gave up waiting for the flash and turned away! :)
